Leo is a serial entrepreneur with a deep technical background and over 30 years of software experience as well as over 20 years of marketing and management expertise.
He holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Business Administration.
Desislava joined the team in December making the move from heading the EU and US Gaming vertical at UK acquirer PXP Financial since September 2023. Desislava Stranska is a seasoned professional in Enterprise business development and revenue growth.
Prior to this role, Desislava has consecutively held leadership positions at Cryptopay UK spearheading the growth of the whole B2B Division, at Tempo France as Head of B2B Sales and stablecoin projects, as Head of Sales and New Business at PSP and gateway (Orounda PSP) and headed the B2B Team for card management platform, commercial cards and myPOS World at EMI iCARD.
Desislava's extensive experience includes significant roles in sales management and marketing across various organizations, effectively managing strategic development and new acquisitions, particularly in the Fintech sector.
Desislava holds a Master's degree in International Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy.
Outside of work, Desislava loves travelling and spending time outdoors.
George has over 20 years of experience in software development, business analytics and technical team leadership.
Valentin joined Paytastic in January 2025 as Head of Acquisition.
Prior to joining Paytastic team, Valentin was a Key Account Manager at Constant Payments leading operational processes on accounting and onboarding of merchants and payments providers. Following his promotion to Head of Growth, he was developing strategic partnerships, expanding international growth and innovation strategy of the company. Previously he worked as B2B Team Leader of Key Account Managers at Uplatform and held the role of Business Development Manager at CoinsPaid crypto wallet.
He studied World Economy at Foreign Trade Academy and started his professional way as tax consultant at Ernst & Young (EY).
Outside of work, Valentin practices yoga, surfing and has a passion for traveling.
